The Sharing Layout – it is perfect for meetings with colleagues or clients. It gives you the opportunity to share your desktop, your surveys, content saved either on your computer or in your company’s library, slides or video files. Of course, the video conference software behind the application permits clients to use chat rooms, to make notes during the meeting and to broadcast themselves using just minimal video conference equipment and this easy-to-use video conference software.

The Discussion Layout offers all the facilities from the previous layout. In addition to that, we completed our video conference software with a section inside which participants can ask question and receive answers. Users also have the option to choose either they will allow participants to ask questions or not, to broadcast the questions received or to delete them all.

The Collaboration Layout is the section from our video conference software which addresses to people who need to work together. By default, this section offers some of the basic features typical to video conferences software including a whiteboard on which you can drag and drop files, edit text, paint, and of course, you can clear, save or load the whiteboard.

The Basic Share Layout has as default options the sharing tools, including video sharing, slides sharing, desktop, content and surveys sharing. Next to those, it gives you the possibility to use the chat room and to broadcast your voice and image live to all the people you want to.

The News/Events Layout addresses to people who only need a chat room with a possibility of viewing and hearing each other. This layout offers the simplest benefit of our video conference software: talking to other people.

All of the layouts mentioned above are customizable. Each user has the possibility to choose the windows he needs to use on each layer. Our video conference software provides separate window for each of the following objects: camera&voice, attending list, chat, notes, share, slides, videos, attendee camera feeds, whiteboard, file share and questions & answers.

Our video conference software also has important helpful options as recording and saving the video conference, controlling the number of participants by restraining them or invites them to join the conference.
